Being one of Jordan and Raphael's all-time favorite Barolo producers, Cascina Adelaide is a pure family-run winery. Purchased by Amabile Drocco in the late 90's, Cascina Adelaide has been producing the best Barolo's for the value for over 2 decades! Now making over 15 different labels, Cascina Adelaide has become recognized as one of the best producers of wine in Barolo, and it shows year after year with their high ratings and consistent production. Chiara Drocco, the granddaughter of Amabile, is quickly becoming the face of the winery as Mr. Drocco just celebrated his 80th birthday and is enjoying retirement. We are so excited to be welcoming her to Tesse and look forward to having you all meet this incredible woman.

THE DEBUT

We are so elated to debut the 2016 vintage (our second bottling) of our in-house Barolo that we make with Cascina Adelaide.

We debuted the 2013 vintage when Tesse first opened back in 2018, and the time has come to finally debut the 2016 vintage!

Only made in the best vintages, the Boutellier Barolo is a blend of 4 vineyards from the property. This rich, but delicate wine, is full of flavor and made with love. (The 2019 was just bottled but won't be debuted for quite some time...)
